Radio terminals

DNK publish and administer all radio terminal procurements for use in Nødnett. These framework agreements cover thousands of units, and such coordinated purchases ensure low prices, uniform terminal types, testing and the possibility for special functions.

The framework agreements are mainly coordinated with the different development phases in Nødnett, and purchases are done for each agency and area. This ensures that the correct terminals will be delivered at the correct time, and that all necessary special functions are delivered as agreed.

DNK have signed framework agreements with most of the major vendors of TETRA radio terminals, and the agency user requirements determine the selection of terminal type and vendor.
